I'm having issues composing messages in Webmail

If you're having issues composing mail in Webmail, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Make sure your web browser doesn't have a pop-up blocker enabled. You may need to disable this feature, or configure it to allow pop-ups from Webmail.
  2. Try another web browser. 
  3. Use the "Pop-in" feature. To activate this feature, click the downward-pointing arrow in the upper-right hand corner of the Compose Window. This will make the compose window pop up within the original Webmail window, utilizing fewer browser resources and enhancing the performance. 
  4. Enable/disable formatting. If the message you are trying to configure needs to be in HTML format, make sure you click the "Enable Formatting" link in the Compose Window. (If your Compose Window currently says "Disable Formatting", it's already in HTML mode).
