We will be making a few minor adjustments to the way the Storage Notification feature works with Thexyz Webmail. These changes will take effect in mid-April.

Currently, for domains that have Storage Notifications enabled, the notification message is sent daily whenever a mailbox is above the capacity threshold set in the Control Panel. This creates an undesirable excess of warning messages.

Below are the changes that will be implemented:
  • The notification interval will be changed from daily to weekly.
  • A single notification email will be deposited into the user's mailbox when it becomes full and is no longer accepting email delivery. 
  • Notifications also now sent to users which do not currently utilize the Storage Notification feature setup.
