To request cancellation of your email account or other services at Thexyz, you can log in to manage your account at: https://www.thexyz.com/account and follow these steps below:
Once logged in you can click the box with "Services" to see all your services with us.
You will now see a list of all your active services. If you only have one service with us, then there will only be one service listed. You can click the green "Active" box to manage the service. 
On this next screen you can Request Cancellation of the service by clicking on REQUEST CANCELLATION as seen below.
You can confirm and select whether to cancel the service immediately or at the end of the billing period. 
You will now see a confirmation that we have received your cancellation request. You will also receive an email confirmation. 
If you wish to cancel a domain name registration, follow this guide to disable the auto-renew feature for domains which is enabled by default.
